Automatic depalletizer for aluminum cans

The supply includes a manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take 2 types of bottles (330 ml and 300 ml) and 2 types of cans (330 ml and 500 ml) from pallets (to 2800 mm tall); they will then be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled with beverages.
Cans are arranged 391 per layer and bottles from 361 to 380 per layer, for a maximum production of 24.000 cans and 24.000 bottles per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, film removing board, picking system, protections and accident prevention devices.
