This system is composed of 1 machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take cylindrical glass jars from pallets (to 2500 mm tall), and arrange them into the pre-existent automation system to get filled up with confectionery products.
There are 3 different sizes (from 300 to 966 g) for a variable number of jars per layer (from 70 to 158 units) and different pallet heights depending on the structure (from 11 to 16 layers); production is consequently affected by these data (from 19 to 24 layers per hour).
Full pallets are manually brought to the machine starting the depalletizing procedure; jars are pushed on an allocation system preparing them to get arranged through acetal chain on the customer’s machine to get filled.

- Safety (Protections all over the system perimeter)
- Versatility (Different sizes management)
- Customization (complete compatibility with the pre-existent automation)
