Automatic depalletizer for glass jars

This system is composed of 1 machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have an automatic solution able to independently take circular glass jars from pallets to deliver them towards the pre-existent filler: there is only one type of jar for a production of 8.400 jars per hour, standard pallets (1000×1200 mm h. 140 mm or 800×1200 h.140 mm) that reach a maximum height of 1550 mm when full.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic device taking care of moving the plastic separator from the pallet when the layer is being moved, to arrange them in the special warehouse.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet conveying system, allocation system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
