For an important company in the Italian canning sector, we have designed the end of line complete automation.This station manages jars full of tomato sauce which must then be labeled and canned; the depalletization is carried out by a 4-axis anthropomorphic robot equipped with a magnetic grip.The required production is 215 layers per hour, each layer is then removed and introduced into the line; the device is completely automatic, it removes and stores the layer pads and empty pallets in dedicated warehouses.The system handles more than 10 different formats from 0.3 lt to 1.2 lt and it produces 29,000 jars per hour.
