Automatic depalletizer for glass bottles

This system is composed of 1 machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have an automatic solution able to independently take glass bottles from pallets to deliver them towards the pre-existent filler: the customer owns 4 different types of product for a production from 9.500 to 28.000 bottles per hour, standard pallets (1000×1200 mm h. 140 mm) that reach a maximum height of 2030 mm when full.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic device taking care of moving the plastic separator from the pallet when the layer is being moved, to arrange them in the special warehouse.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet conveying system, allocation system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
