Automatic palletizer for boxes containing glass bottles

This system includes a layer palletizer and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically arrange 25 types of closed American cartons containing full glass bottles on pallets; all of it will be managed by the operator and arranged in the warehouse.
Bundles sizes change depending on type of bottle and inserting scheme (2×3, 3×4, 2×2, 3×1) with different heights of pallet depending on type, two different types of pallet (800×1200 and 1000×1200 mm) to face a production between 900 and 1800 cartons per hour.
The supply is completed by a number of devices: full cartons conveying, layer preformer, middle-layer, warehouse and palette conveying, protections and accident prevention devices.
