Automatic system for depalletizing crates and tetrapak packing

The supply includes 2 manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge side by side, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take plastic cases from pallets (to 2055 mm tall); they will then be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled with HDPE and Elopak containers and jerrycans.
Cases are arranged 9 per layer in 7 layers over pallet, for a maximum production of 6.900 cases per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, full pallet form checking system, picking system, protections and accident prevention devices.
