Automated depalletizer for cans

The supply includes an automatic push depalletizer complete with stairs and platforms, all designed, manufactured and tested in our main factory.

The customer’s request is to have a machine capable of handling pallets of dimensions 1120×1420 mm and 1180×1265 mm with automated ascent and descent. The mechanism foresees the presence of an inverter driven catenary that moves the full pallet thanks to a double polarity motor.

The customer’s request is to manage the depalletization of cans containing drinks with a production of 12,000 cans / hour. The nominal production foreseen by this system is 14400 cans / hour, with a maximum pallet height of 2780 mm.

The system includes safety parachute hooks pneumatically operated on vertical, interlayer gripping hands without pneumatic lifting, handwheel on front presser for manual adjustment.
