Cartoning plant for glass bottles

This system includes 3 machines (carton formers, casepackers and carton closers) to manage glass bottles coming from the pre-existent filling line; this system is designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer required to pack 5 different types of product with a production of 7200 bottles per hour; the supply includes a single adjustable equipment to allow to allocate the bottles in one 3×4 carton or two 2×3 cartons.
The supply also includes some other devices: empty boxes convey, landing deck for preparing lots and bottles to place in the cartons, carton turning roller, honeycomb inserter, safety and protection devices.
