Cartoning system for HDPE bottles

This project consists of inserting in a pre-existent automation line, owned by the customer, 2 TMG machines (carton former and casepacker) and completed by a new carton closing device; the system is designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
More specifically, the product is bleach-based, contained into HDPE bottles coming from the filling line in 4 different dimensions, with a production from 5880 to 6240 bottles; the supply includes 3 different equipment to allow as many different distribution formats into cartons.
The supply also includes some other devices: bottles convey, landing deck for preparing lots to place inside the cartons, safety and protection devices.
