Depalletizer cylindrical cans in PET and HDPE

This system is composed of one machine and some other devices, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take cylindrical PET and HDPE containers from pallets (to 2500 mm tall), and arrange them into the pre-existent automation system: there are 3 sizes (0,9 – 1,1 – 2 kg) for a variable number of containers per layer (from 64 to 108 units) and different pallet heights depending on the structure (10 layers, 9 layers and 12 layers); production is consequently affected by these data (from 40 to 70 layers per hour).
Upstream, a chain system carries the full pallet to the machine that cuts the protective film and starts the containers depalletizing procedure; the containers are pushed on an allocation system arranging them and preparing them to be delivered through automatic conveyors to the filling systems.
