Depalletizer for glass jars

The supply includes a manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take glass jars from pallets (to 2400 mm tall); to get filled up with confectionery products; they will then be arranged into the case packer system.
The 4 formats jars are arranged from 144 to 264 per layer over the pallet depending on sizes, for a maximum production of 12.000 jars per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, film removing board, 6 ways picking system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
