2016-066 The project consists in a complete case packing system, includes 2 machines and some other devices all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to integrate the case packing system with the packaging and transport pre-existing systems and manage an automatic production of 250 gr bags containing washing powder (3 different types for the same capacity); bags are dropped and overturned to get conveyed and inserted in the cartons (two different formats of 10 kg and 18 kg) 2×2 in 10 and 18 layers.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation belt and chain, right position checking system, filters between valve and picking head, empty pallet warehouse, protections and accident prevention devices.
