Layer depalletizer for glass bottles

The supply includes a manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take 4 different types of glass bottles from pallets (to 2100 mm tall); they will be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled up with liquor.
The containers range goes from 75 cl to 200 cl with different pallet heights depending on the structure (from 105 to 240 bottles per layer) and a maximum production of 21.600 bottles per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, picking system, protection systems and accident prevention devices.
