Cartesian palletizing robot, designed for the automatic movement of sacks from a conveyor belt to the pallet. The 3 axes are supported by linear guides fixed to the main structure, in order to obtain the optimal rigidity necessary to achieve maximum performance. The base is in painted steel and the work island is entirely protected by perimeter guards and alarmed access doors. The axis drive is controlled by brushless
servomotors and the motion is transmitted by high performance toothed belts, which ensure high duration and silence. The gripping head is configured according to the type of product to be treated. The palletising islands that can be produced can be completely automatic, or semi-automatic, depending on the production and available space. A control panel with integrated logic managed by PLC makes it possible to
manage and control all the movements of the machine, operators are managed by an intuitive HMI panel.
