• Ensuring that the system is supported by periodic and systematic information, training, and awareness-raising activities for all employees, collaborators, suppliers, contractors, and visitors;
• Ensuring periodic review of the company policy and management system to ensure they are always kept current and appropriate to the company's reality and the context in which the organization operates, and meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders;
• Ensuring that the Integrated Policy set forth herein and the related management system are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization;
• Ensuring that this document is available externally and communicated to those working for the organization such as contractors and suppliers.
