TMG Impianti SpA considers the quality of its products and services and the health and safety of its personnel to be essential and has integrated these objectives into all its design, manufacturing, installation, and support activities for palletizing and end-of-line machinery, systems, and components.<\/p>
\n

The company considers the deployment of financial, technological, and professional resources dedicated to quality and protection from occupational risks to be a productive investment and a concrete and qualifying expression of its commitment to continuous improvement.<\/p>
\n

The Company, committed to maintaining its Quality and Health and Safety management system effective and compliant with regulations, intends to produce and distribute products that are safe for customers and comply with the highest quality standards. The Organization also intends to minimize, where technically possible and economically viable, any risk to the health and safety of its personnel and contractors\/visitors, and intends to achieve the above-mentioned goals:

\n\u2022 Ensuring that its activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and any voluntary requirements;

\n\u2022 Achieving results, based on objective measurements, relating to the performance and effectiveness of processes through the definition and continuous monitoring of objectives and targets for quality and the protection of the health and safety of its personnel;

\n\u2022 Making every effort, organizationally, operationally, and technologically, to prevent accidents (including road accidents involving traveling personnel), workplace injuries, and occupational diseases;

\n\u2022 Involving and consulting all personnel regarding company initiatives to eliminate and reduce workplace risks, promoting correct and safe operating practices and the use of personal protective equipment;

\n\u2022 Making every effort to prevent, or at least resolve, any complaints related to the quality of the product supplied or any detected non-conformities, through constant monitoring of these aspects throughout the entire production cycle;

\n\u2022 Ensuring that the system is supported by periodic and systematic information, training, and awareness-raising activities for all employees, collaborators, suppliers, contractors, and visitors;

\n\u2022 Ensuring periodic review of the company policy and management system to ensure they are always kept current and appropriate to the company's reality and the context in which the organization operates, and meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders;

\n\u2022 Ensuring that the Integrated Policy set forth herein and the related management system are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization;

\n\u2022 Ensuring that this document is available externally and communicated to those working for the organization such as contractors and suppliers.<\/p>
